Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare food and beverages with adherence to quality and safety standards
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
