Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Actively listen to customer needs and empathetically guide them through problem-solving processes.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior specialists when necessary.
- Continuously update your knowledge of Intuit products, services, and policies to provide expert support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and empathetic problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to changing information.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) and a designated quiet, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
