Job Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Remote E-learning Voice Actor to record engaging and professional training modules. This is a 100% remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact educational content for a global audience. You will be responsible for bringing scripts to life with clear, articulate, and consistent vocal performances, helping to deliver effective learning experiences for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality, clear, and engaging voiceovers for a variety of e-learning modules and training materials.
• Interpret scripts with appropriate tone, pacing, and emotional nuance to ensure content comprehension and retention.
• Operate and maintain a professional home recording studio setup to deliver pristine audio files free of noise, clicks, or distortions.
• Collaborate effectively with content creators, instructional designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Perform basic audio editing tasks, including noise reduction, equalization, and mastering, to deliver broadcast-ready audio.
• Review and revise recordings based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Maintain consistent vocal performance across multiple modules within a single course or series.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to deliver clear, articulate, and professional vocal performances.
• Fluency in English with a neutral accent suitable for professional e-learning content.
• Access to and proficiency with a professional home studio setup, including a high-quality microphone, audio interface, and digital audio workstation (DAW).
• Basic audio editing skills (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) for cleaning and preparing audio files.
• Excellent script interpretation and the ability to take direction effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in voice acting, particularly for e-learning, corporate narration, or educational content.
• A professional voiceover demo reel or portfolio showcasing a range of styles.
• Familiarity with various e-learning platforms and content delivery methods.
• Ability to provide quick turnaround times while maintaining high quality.
• Knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
