Job Description
Join our dynamic team in Brossard as a Delivery Van Loading Assistant! In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in preparing delivery vans for our drivers, ensuring that all packages are accurately sorted, loaded efficiently, and secured for safe transit. Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers in loading packages into delivery vans according to established procedures and route sequencing.
- Verify package counts and ensure all items assigned to a route are loaded.
- Organize packages within the van to maximize space and ensure easy access for drivers during their route.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the loading process.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading dock area.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members regarding loading progress and any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications
