Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Safely and accurately move materials to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment (training provided).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to company standards.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted regularly.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills (reading and understanding instructions).
