Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Dog Walking Route Manager to join our growing team in Las Cruces. This unique role combines your love for dogs with a passion for independent outdoor work, allowing you to manage and optimize daily dog walking routes. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality service, maintaining client satisfaction, and overseeing the smooth operation of your assigned routes. This is an active, hands-on position requiring excellent organizational skills and a genuine affinity for animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily dog walking routes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct dog walks in various weather conditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's activities and any observations.
- Maintain accurate records of walks, client notes, and any incidents.
- Handle minor administrative tasks related to route scheduling and client inquiries.
- Provide basic pet care during walks, such as water replenishment and waste disposal.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new dog walkers as routes expand.
Required Skills
