Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for a dynamic role with an immediate start and premium pay? Tesco in St Andrews is seeking dedicated and reliable Supermarket Night Replenishment Assistants to join our overnight team. This is a crucial role ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers each morning. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unpack and replenish shelves with fresh and ambient products overnight.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to store guidelines.
- Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout the store.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Assist with stock counts and deliveries as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality, particularly for night shifts.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving stock.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate stock placement and dating.
- A proactive and positive 'can-do' attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a bonus but not essential.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles (even in a non-customer facing night role, as it contributes to the customer experience).
