Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented E-commerce Personalization Engraver to operate our state-of-the-art laser engraving machines. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for transforming blank products into personalized treasures, ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality and precision. Full training will be provided for candidates with a strong desire to learn and excel in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate laser engraving machines to personalize a variety of products according to order specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on laser equipment.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet daily output goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and staging products.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software applications.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- No prior experience with laser engraving is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
