Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote UX/UI Tester. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating the usability and user experience of our digital products. You will perform testing by recording your screen and providing detailed, constructive feedback on interfaces, workflows, and overall user satisfaction. This is a crucial role for enhancing our product quality and ensuring a seamless user experience for our diverse client base. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute test cases for user interfaces and user experience flows across various digital platforms (web, mobile).
  • Record screen activity while interacting with applications, providing verbal commentary and structured feedback.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies with clear, actionable details.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to communicate findings and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in feedback sessions and provide insights to improve product design and functionality.
  • Adhere to testing schedules and deliver high-quality feedback within established timelines.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in UX/UI design and testing.

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience in a testing, quality assurance, or user support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate feedback clearly and constructively.
  • Proficiency in using screen recording software (e.g., Loom, OBS, QuickTime).
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for recording.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and browser environments.
  • Prior experience in remote work environments.
  • A portfolio or examples of user feedback provided on digital products.
