Job Description
Are you a master of written communication with a passion for helping others? Telstra is seeking an Email Response Specialist to join our customer support team. This unique role is 100% remote, offering unparalleled flexibility to choose your own hours, and involves zero phone work. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information exclusively through email correspondence. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer email inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding Telstra products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.
- Continuously update knowledge on company products, services, and communication best practices.
