Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support an Embassy or Consulate office. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the diplomatic mission, requiring discretion, professionalism, and excellent administrative skills. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient communication, managing schedules, and supporting various operational needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize diplomatic correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistical support for diplomatic personnel.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

  • Proven administrative or office support experience (1+ years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, International Relations)
