Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our Windsor team. This role is crucial for preparing properties for new occupants, ensuring they are immaculate and sparkling clean. You will be responsible for performing intensive deep cleaning tasks on vacated residential properties. A company van will be provided for travel between locations, along with all necessary equipment and supplies. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of all rooms in residential properties (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas).
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
- Vacuum and mop all flooring types, including carpets, hardwood, and tiles.
- Remove all rubbish and debris left behind by previous tenants.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues identified during cleaning.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain it in a clean condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
