Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated ERP / SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ogden, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our global business processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions. You will work closely with various business units, gather requirements, configure SAP modules, and ensure seamless system integration to enhance efficiency and productivity across our international operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of SAP functionalities and a passion for solving complex business challenges in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders across global operations.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions to meet business needs, focusing on specific modules as required (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions and support end-users post-implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or HR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to relocate to Ogden, UT, and commit to an on-site work model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certification in one or more modules.
- Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming or debugging.
- Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
