Job Description
Are you a natural entertainer with a passion for puzzles and providing outstanding customer service? Margate Mysteries is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as an Escape Room Game Master. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an interactive environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is available for weekend shifts. As a Game Master, you will be the heart of our guest experience, setting the scene, guiding players through their adventures, and ensuring everyone has a thrilling and safe time. Full training will be provided, but a friendly demeanor and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and brief guests on game rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor game progress, provide clues strategically, and enhance the player experience.
- Reset game rooms efficiently and accurately between sessions.
- Manage bookings, answer guest questions, and handle administrative tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the game rooms and lobby.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with game equipment.
- Ensure all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
