Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow / Closing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lethbridge. In this fast-paced real estate administration role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of real estate transactions from start to finish. This position requires an individual who thrives in a busy environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction. Full training on our specific systems and procedures will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience looking to grow in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize closing documents for real estate transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and lawyers to gather necessary information and coordinate closing details.
  • Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure all pre-closing conditions are met.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital client files.
  • Assist with post-closing follow-up and document distribution.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the Escrow/Closing Officers with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
