Job Description

TTEC is seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Entry-Level Chatbot Script Writer to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI developers and UX designers to understand chatbot objectives and user needs.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging conversational scripts for various chatbot interactions.
- Develop multiple dialogue pathways and responses to anticipate user queries and improve conversational flow.
- Ensure scripts align with brand voice, tone, and overall communication guidelines.
- Participate in testing and reviewing chatbot performance, suggesting improvements to scripts based on user feedback and data.
- Maintain documentation of chatbot scripts and conversational designs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
