Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Espresso Machine Descaler to join our cafe maintenance team in Baie-Comeau. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the regular descaling and preventative maintenance of various espresso machines across our client sites. Your work will directly contribute to the quality of beverages served and the operational efficiency of our partners. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine descaling and cleaning of commercial espresso machines according to established schedules and protocols.
- Inspect espresso machines for any signs of wear, malfunction, or potential issues during maintenance visits.
- Document all services performed, parts used, and any observations or recommendations for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste and chemicals.
- Communicate effectively with cafe staff and management regarding maintenance schedules and machine status.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during service calls.
- Identify and report any major repair needs to the appropriate service technicians.
