Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Eyeglass Frame Assembler to join our optical lab team in Chateauguay. In this sit-down role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of eyeglass frames, working with tiny components and specialized tools to ensure the highest quality standards. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, patience, and a keen eye for detail. Full training will be provided to ensure you master the intricate techniques required for our premium eyewear products. This is an on-site position within our modern and comfortable facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise assembly of eyeglass frames, including fitting lenses, attaching hinges, and securing tiny screws.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assemble various frame styles and materials.
  • Inspect frames and components for defects or imperfections throughout the assembly process.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards and assembly protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or material deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Continuously improve assembly techniques and efficiency.
