Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Factory Production Workers to join our team in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing with no prior experience required – full training will be provided! As a Factory Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various processes. Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment after receiving training.
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks on the production line.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading products and raw materials.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for rotating shifts.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
