Job Description

Vanguard Lux Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fashion Law & Brand Protection Intern to join our dynamic legal team in Tottenham, London. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research on intellectual property rights, trademark enforcement, and copyright issues in the luxury fashion sector.
- Support the legal team in monitoring brand infringements and counterfeiting activities across various platforms.
- Prepare initial drafts of cease and desist letters, legal notices, and internal memoranda.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation, case files, and intellectual property portfolios.
- Help coordinate with external legal counsel and enforcement agencies on brand protection matters.
- Contribute to developing internal guidelines and training materials related to IP and brand protection.
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
