Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards (e.g., beverages, fries, simple assembly)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, counter, and kitchen stations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory stocking and rotation as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
