Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Flight Simulator Instructor to join our growing team in Portland, ME. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective flight simulator training sessions for aspiring pilots.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster skill development.
- Develop and adapt training scenarios to meet individual student needs and learning objectives.
- Ensure all training adheres to aviation regulations, academy standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Stay current with aviation industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve training programs.
Required Skills
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or higher.
- Minimum of 300 hours of flight time experience.
- Strong passion for aviation and a desire to educate and mentor.

- Ability to analyze performance and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated aptitude for teaching and instructional methods.
Preferred Qualifications
