Job Description
Join Apex Home Solutions as a Furniture Assembly Hand! This is a casual, part-time role perfect for individuals with a knack for hands-on work and a desire for flexible hours. We provide all necessary tools, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm and attention to detail. You will be responsible for assembling various types of furniture in customers’ homes, ensuring high-quality results and a positive customer experience. Full training on our specific assembly processes and customer service standards will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations within the Salisbury area to perform furniture assembly.
- Accurately and efficiently assemble furniture according to manufacturer instructions and diagrams.
- Inspect assembled furniture for stability, safety, and proper functionality.
- Ensure a clean and tidy work area, removing all packaging and debris upon completion.
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering any questions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain company-provided tools and equipment in good working order.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting and assembling.
