Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
  • Accurately record and report any changes in residents' condition or well-being to the nursing staff.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
