Job Description

No previous experience in healthcare is required – we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
- Accurately record and report any changes in residents' condition or well-being to the nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
