Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for our guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to Hilton's brand standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and work areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to special requests from guests, such as delivering extra towels or toiletries.
