Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare & Medical professionals to join our team in Roswell, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and accurately document all observations and interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Assist with emergency procedures and provide immediate medical attention when necessary.
Required Skills
- Valid professional license/certification in a healthcare field (e.g., RN, PT, OT, Medical Technologist).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and effective patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Previous experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Specialized certifications relevant to your healthcare discipline.
