Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Hearing Aid Mold Polisher to join our manufacturing team in Bradford West Gwillimbury. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise finishing and polishing of custom hearing aid molds and earmolds. This position requires exceptional fine motor skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality, comfortable products for our clients. Full training on our specific polishing techniques and equipment will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with a steady hand and a passion for craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise hand polishing and finishing of custom hearing aid molds and earmolds to meet exact specifications.
  • Inspect molds for imperfections, ensuring smooth surfaces and comfortable fits for clients.
  • Utilize various specialized tools and polishing compounds to achieve high-gloss finishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with production and audiology teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs of work completed.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger maintenance needs promptly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
