Job Description
As a Hotel Breakfast Buffet Attendant, you will be the friendly face greeting our guests as they start their day. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and refreshing our breakfast buffet, ensuring a delightful dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and arrange breakfast buffet items according to brand standards and health codes.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure continuous availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, dining room, and service stations.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with any special requests.
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment for new guests.
- Assist with inventory and proper storage of breakfast items.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front desk personnel.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role.
- Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
