Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Science Intern to join our Lab & Research team in Port Adelaide. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional scientific laboratory setting. The intern will support our senior researchers and lab technicians, learning various lab techniques, data management, and research protocols. Full training will be provided, making this ideal for someone with little to no prior professional lab experience but a strong passion for science and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers with experimental setup and execution.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as media preparation, sample handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Accurately record and organize experimental data and observations.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment according to safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various lab processes.
- Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects.

- Basic understanding of scientific methodology.
