Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Kiosk Assistant in Derry/Londonderry. As a Kiosk Assistant, you will be the face of our cinema, providing a warm welcome and efficient service to all our guests. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with ticket purchases and concession sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash and card transactions.
- Provide information about film schedules, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, including restocking supplies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Promote special offers and upsell products where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
