Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
  • Writing compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Assisting senior consultants with client management and recruitment processes.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey.
