Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
- Writing compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Assisting senior consultants with client management and recruitment processes.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
