Job Description
Join Telstra as a Live Chat Support Agent, working 100% remotely from the comfort of your home. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support exclusively through text-based chat. You’ll assist with a variety of inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions, all while maintaining a friendly, professional, and efficient online presence. Key Responsibilities
