Job Description
Join the Cotton On team as a Pop-up Shop Assistant for an exciting short-term casual opportunity in Bendigo! We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience at our temporary retail location. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexible work, eager to gain retail experience, or looking to supplement their income. You’ll be the face of our brand, assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to a vibrant pop-up atmosphere. Full training will be provided, so no prior retail experience is necessary – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Cotton On's brand values.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with support from team leads.
