Job Description

You will provide essential care and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with appointments
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for the client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and BrightStar Care staff
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition

  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (beneficial but not always required for live-in roles depending on client needs)
  • First Aid and CPR certification (training can be provided)
