Job Description

We are looking for empathetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Live-in Carers in Southampton. This is an entry-level position perfect for those with no prior care experience, as full, comprehensive training and comfortable accommodation are provided. You will live with and support an individual in their home, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as per care plan and training.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
  • Perform light household duties such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility, using aids as necessary.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or errands.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
  • Engage clients in stimulating activities appropriate to their interests and abilities.
