Job Description

Sky Sports is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Live Sports Camera Operators (Trainee) for weekend matches. This is a unique entry-level opportunity to learn the ropes of live sports production from experienced professionals. No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you gain the skills needed to operate broadcast cameras for various sporting events. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on broadcast camera operation and live production techniques.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of camera equipment at various sports venues.
- Operate broadcast cameras during live sporting events under the guidance of senior operators and directors.
- Maintain focus and frame shots according to production directives.
- Communicate effectively with the production team via talkback systems.
- Ensure all equipment is handled with care and safety protocols are followed.
- Be available to work reliably on weekends and occasional evenings as per match schedules.
