Job Description

Are you passionate about making a fantastic first impression? Crown Hotels Perth is seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Lobby Greeter to join our esteemed team. This pivotal customer service role is the face of our resort, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests entering and exiting our premises. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly and professionally greet all guests, visitors, and residents upon their arrival and departure.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing directions and information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance, such as opening doors or assisting with luggage queries.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting lobby environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Manage guest flow and queue management in the lobby area, directing guests to the appropriate service points.
  • Collaborate effectively with the front desk, concierge, bell desk, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
