Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Mall Food Court Busser to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the food court dining areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our busy food court, requiring quick action, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities
- Promptly clear tables of used dishes, trays, and waste after guests depart.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and common areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries and direct them to facilities or available seating as needed.
- Empty and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles throughout the food court.
- Restock condiment stations, napkin dispensers, and other supplies as required.
- Assist with spills and other cleaning emergencies quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with food court vendors and management to ensure a smooth guest flow.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to supervisory staff.
