Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany physicians during patient examinations to accurately document patient history, physical exams, vital signs, and other medical information in real-time.

- Assist with retrieving lab results, imaging studies, and previous medical records for physician review.
- Prepare charts for patient encounters, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
- Learn and understand medical terminology, disease processes, and common medical procedures.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Adapt quickly to new workflows and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Required Skills
