Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via digital messaging platforms (e.g., chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding Telstra products, services, and accounts.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
