Job Description
Are you an early riser with a passion for people and a desire to learn? Starbucks in West Kelowna is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Morning Shift Barista Trainees. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in nurturing talent and will provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of coffee making and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards (full training provided).
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Learn and apply new skills and information quickly.
