Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Loan Processors with the preparation and organization of loan documentation.
- Learn to review loan applications for completeness and accuracy under supervision.
- Communicate with borrowers to gather necessary information and documentation, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Input data accurately into the loan origination system.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation with borrowers, real estate agents, and third-party vendors.
- Help prepare files for underwriting review, ensuring all required disclosures are present.
- Support the team in managing loan pipelines and ensuring timely processing.
- Learn and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of mortgage products and processes.
Required Skills
