This entry-level internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the dynamic world of music licensing and supervision. No prior professional experience in music supervision is required; we are looking for individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry. You will support our team in various tasks related to music research, clearance, and administration, gaining invaluable insights into the process of placing music in visual media.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with music research for various media projects (film, TV, advertising, games).
- Support the team in managing music clearance requests and tracking license statuses.
- Organize and maintain music databases and filing systems.
- Learn about copyright law and music publishing basics relevant to licensing.
- Provide administrative support to the music supervision and clearance department.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand the full scope of music supervision.
- Help prepare presentation materials and music briefs.
Required Skills
