Job Description

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service? Tesco PLC is looking for enthusiastic Mystery Shoppers to help us evaluate and enhance the customer experience across our stores in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit our designated retail locations, interact with staff, make purchases, and provide comprehensive feedback on various aspects of the shopping journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned Tesco stores within Chelmsford and the surrounding Essex area as a regular customer.
  • Objectively evaluate customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping environment based on provided guidelines.
  • Interact with store staff, asking specific questions as directed.
  • Make designated purchases and follow return procedures when required.
  • Complete detailed online reports accurately and within specified deadlines, capturing all observations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of assignments and data collected.
