Job Description

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible way to earn money while making a real impact? Tesco PLC is seeking enthusiastic Mystery Shoppers to join our team in Exeter. In this crucial role, you will help us evaluate the customer experience in our stores, providing invaluable feedback on service quality, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Visit designated Tesco stores in and around Exeter as a regular customer.
  • Objectively assess and document specific aspects of the store visit, including customer service interactions, store layout, cleanliness, and product display.
  • Follow detailed scenarios and instructions for each assignment.
  • Complete and submit comprehensive feedback reports online within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain anonymity and professionalism throughout the shopping experience.
  • Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to help improve store operations.

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear report generation.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with online forms.
