Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Weekend Retail Assistants in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in retail or build on existing skills. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with stock management, and ensuring the store is clean and well-presented. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for entry-level candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
- Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness across the sales floor and changing rooms.
- Help customers locate products and provide information about promotions and services.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
