Job Description
Join HSBC UK as a Mystery Shopper to help us maintain and enhance our high standards of customer service. In this flexible role, you will visit our branches in Derby and surrounding areas, acting as a regular customer to evaluate various aspects of the customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned 'mystery shop' visits to HSBC branches or service points as per detailed instructions.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner, observing customer service standards, product knowledge, and branch environment.
- Accurately record observations and complete detailed feedback reports using our online platform within specified deadlines.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback based on your experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and company information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shopping scenario.
