Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift at our flagship property in Las Vegas. This critical role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, managing the night audit process, supervising night staff, and handling any incidents or emergencies that may arise. The Night Manager acts as the senior representative of the hotel during the late hours, requiring exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office and guest services operations during the overnight shift.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by promptly and efficiently resolving complaints and inquiries.
  • Manage the night audit process, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate night shift staff, including front desk agents and bell services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to ensure security, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all guests and staff during emergencies or critical incidents.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and guest experience.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate critical information to morning management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel supervisory or management role, preferably in front office or guest services.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team during overnight shifts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
  • Experience with Opera PMS.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
