Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Registered Manager to lead our dynamic team in Hoboken, New Jersey. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader passionate about upholding the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within a long-term care setting. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and providing leadership to all staff. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management and operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities effectively.

Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or eligibility for endorsement.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations (e.g., CMS, DOH).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license or in pursuit of one.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems specific to long-term care.
- Prior experience in a facility undergoing regulatory inspections or accreditation processes.
