Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for gamers to turn their passion into a career, providing crucial chat support to our player community. No prior professional experience in customer service is required; we provide full training to ensure your success. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate chat-based support to players regarding game issues, account inquiries, and technical questions.
- Resolve player queries by researching solutions, navigating knowledge bases, and escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Educate players on game features, troubleshooting steps, and community guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive gaming community experience.
- Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and support policies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
- A genuine passion for video games and the gaming community.
- Ability to empathize with players and provide patient, understanding support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience playing various Ubisoft titles or other online multiplayer games.
- Previous experience in any customer service role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Familiarity with common PC and console gaming platforms.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
